As part of Cardiff Science Festival 2020, we are taking over one of the shop spaces in the Capitol Shopping Centre. The space will feature loads of amazing events throughout the festival that you check out.
Join us for some hands-on creative fun and get sticking, painting and colouring.
Researchers from the HAPPEN Primary School Network will be inviting young visitors through creative means (paint, glitter, sticking) to express how they are feeling by painting their face on a plate.
HAPPEN is an all-Wales network which brings together education, health and research in line with the new curriculum proposals for Health and Wellbeing. Through taking part in the HAPPEN survey, schools can have a better understanding of pupil’s physical, psychological, emotional and social health to enable everyone to work together to improve child wellbeing and academic achievement. The HAPPEN Network is part of the National Centre for Population Health & Wellbeing Research (NCPHWR), funded by Health and Care Research Wales.
